Health Data

Kaizen Kitchen does not collect, access, or process any health data, including but not limited to biometric, fitness, medical, or wellness information.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You have full control over your data:

• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings page within the app. This will remove your user profile and authentication data.
• Household Data Deletion: Household administrators can delete all household data (including meals, recipes, grocery lists, and scheduled items) directly from the Settings page. This action permanently removes all shared household content from our database.

When you delete your account or household data, the deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not retain backups of deleted user data.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Rectify or update inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
